Our Founders & Investors
Craig and Neil founded My Choice Healthcare in 2019 and they have been friends and
business partners for over 15 years. Whilst they are finance professionals by trade, they have experience of leading and developing a wider range of businesses.
They have since been joined by John Haynes as a shareholder, who brings a wealth of experience in property development.
Craig is a Banker by profession and has previously been the COO for a new Social Care Company within England, working directly with Investors and successfully leading on a significant business acquisition in the sector – including Nursing, Residential and Domiciliary Care provision. Craig has been an active member on a range of different Company Boards over the last 20 years and as such, has a wealth of experience of effective governance and leadership.

Neil is an Accountant and has successfully created and led his own Accountancy (and more recently Legal) Business within the Midlands for the last 25 years. Neil has also been an active member of a range of different Company Boards over the last 20 years and as such, has a wealth of experience of effective governance and leadership.

John has worked in architectural design and property development for over 20 years. He owns a leading architectural practice in Coventry and has designed award-winning residential properties across the UK. Using his extensive experience, he can ensure My Choice Healthcare leads the way when it comes to future property improvements, extensions and new developments.
